In this busy, varied role you'll help to research, design and implement cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle.,

  • Supporting the HR Manager with providing employment law and change management support on various projects across the business
  • Creating responses to employment law queries from Leaders
  • Conducting legal compliance reporting and legislative horizon scanning to inform new business guidance based on growing trends, changing Government guidance or emerging risks relating to employment law
  • Creating and updating change management and employment law guidance and training for Leaders
  • Adhoc project wor

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our Transformation & Change Team in HR on a 23 month fixed term contract, covering the areas of Employment Law and Transformation/Change Projects. Successful candidates will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of projects, which will have dynamic timeframes and impacts across a wide range of business areas. Key skills therefore required include excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, adaptability, integrity and organisation skills.
