Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration., The HR Business Partner will provide professional HR advice, guidance, and support to Heads of Service, departmental managers, Head Teachers, and Governors, ensuring compliance with business objectives, corporate policies, and statutory requirements. The role also involves contributing to strategic and operational HR projects, including policy development and implementation. Responsibilities:

• Provide clear and timely advice on employment matters, including employee relations, attendance management, and organisational change.
• Support workforce planning by analysing and providing workforce data.
• Collaborate with People Management colleagues to deliver an integrated HR service.
• Lead on specific policy areas and develop communication strategies.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to managers, staff, and governing bodies.
• Support recruitment processes, including job profiling, advertising, and interview methods.
• Advise on disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring compliance with employment law.
• Contribute to safeguarding strategies and HR-related investigations.
  
  CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent degree-level standard).
• Associate Membership of CIPD.
• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of employment law, equalities legislation, and best HR practices.
