The HR Shared Services Coordinator will play a key role in providing administrative support and delivering efficient HR services to our organisation. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach to service delivery. Responsibilities:

  · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
· Previous experience in HR administration or shared services role is advantageous. · Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery. · Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS or other HR technology platforms is desirable. · Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. · Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
