Full Job Description
We have a very exciting opportunity for a passionate and proactive HR Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic HR team. Based at our Nottingham site, you'll take the lead in managing employee relations, fostering engagement, and building a workplace culture where everyone can thrive. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workload and is eager to continue learning whilst making a meaningful contribution to our team.,
- Support the Head of HR in delivering the central HR Strategy including group projects
- To support with the delivery of the talent review cycle and be the go-to support for the central teams
- Support activity to attract, retain and develop central teams - including involvement in talent mapping and succession planning
- To deliver workshops/training sessions to ensure colleagues understand the HR tools available to them
- To support the wider HR team in analysing the annual engagement survey results and ensuring an action plan is implemented and followed for the central functions
- To analyse HR data/KPI's presenting back trends and risk areas in addition to developing action plans for improvement
- Review and/or write central HR policies to ensure they are fit for future and identify any gaps in compliance
- To drive the cultural agenda and identify new initiatives ensure the Compleat values embedded across the group
- Day to day management and support of central ER cases (Disciplinary, Grievance, Long term Sick, Performance Management), analyse trends and recommend improvement actions
- Ensure that absence is effectively managed, and colleagues and managers are supported in the absence management process ensuring
Possession of a degree and/or CIPD certification (Level 5 minimum) - Demonstrated experience in HR advisor positions
- Solid knowledge of employment law
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a past faced environment
- Collaborative and proactive
