• Maintain the system configuration in line with Company process
• Provide first-line support for the HR system, acting as the first point of contact for system queries.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the People XD system.
• Provide user guidance and help ensure a smooth user experience.
• Maintain accurate records and system documentation
• Continue to maintain our Group HR system for long-term success and sustainability
  
  Basic knowledge of HR processes or systems is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• A customer-focused approach, similar to helpdesk support.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a supportive team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
