Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Information Technology Program Manager to lead and manage our HR IT initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of HR technology solutions that enhance our HR processes and employee experience.,

  • Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment of HR IT initiatives with business objectives.
  • System Implementation: Oversee the implementation of HR technology systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR-related software.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR functions through technology solutions.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • Data Management: Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of HR data within HR IT systems.

    Experience: Experience in HR IT program management or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other HR technology systems. Oracle Fusion experience preferred. Strong understanding of data management and security.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects, with PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
