This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to step into a fast-paced, high-growth environment and lead our marketing initiatives during a maternity cover period. You'll be responsible for driving lead generation, managing campaigns, overseeing content strategy, and ensuring our marketing efforts align with business goals. What You'll Be Doing

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and materials to generate leads, nurture prospects, and support sales by leveraging HubSpot's tools.
• Content & Social: Oversee content creation, email marketing, and social media to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Web & SEO: Maintain and optimise the website, ensuring strong SEO performance and conversion rates.
• Event & Webinar Marketing: Plan and promote webinars, industry events, and other marketing initiatives.
• Reporting & Analytics: Track campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  
  Proven experience in a B2B marketing role.
• Strong expertise in demand generation, content marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or other CRM/marketing automation tools).
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strategic thinker who can execute and deliver results.
