+ Work closely with the wider teaching and support staff to ensure each student's holistic development.
+ Encourage and motivate students to explore their interests, build resilience, and develop social skills.

+ Teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
+ Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds, ideally within a special school setting.
+ A strong understanding of curriculum developments in Humanities subjects.
