As a CBRE HVAC Mobile Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at multiple facilities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. CBRE - GWS is in search of an ambitious, reliable and skilled HVAC Technician who is ready to take their talents to the next level. This position will lead the team in completing PM's and repairs for critical HVAC systems in a retail Environment. Route will be flexible between areas of Hartford, Providence, Springfield areas Company Van, Tools, P-Card, Phone, Laptop all included. Start your work day from home to your first location! What You'll Do:
- Inspect and perform ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Solve equipment failures and identify the best course of action for equipment modifications.
- Impact through clearly defined duties, and methods and tasks are described in detail
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures/processes under close supervision and guidance
- Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Operate company-issued vehicles to carry out daily work responsibilities
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required - Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
- Interpersonal skills to exchange straightforward information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an inquisitive approach

The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
