THIS IS A FULL-TIME ROLE WORKING 40 HRS PER WEEK ON AVERAGE AND THE SHIFT INCLUDES WORKING ONE DAY OF OR BOTH DAYS DURING THE WEEKEND AS WE ARE A 24/7 OPERATION. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PART-TIME ROLES.

• 2 Roles available - Shift patterns
Monday - Friday 22:00 - 06:30 (shift starts Sunday 10 PM due to night shift) Friday - Tuesday 22:00 - 06:30 (shift starts Thursday 10 PM due to night shift) What you'll be doing
• The role can be physically demanding with a good amount of pushing, pulling, and lifting involved.
• Carry out day to day hygiene activities in line with daily requirements ensuring operational integrity.
• Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment as per the hygiene schedule.
• Review equipment and highlight damage, escalating risks to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow work instructions highlighting any issues to the Hygiene Coordinator/ Hygiene Team Leader
• Promote a good health, safety and environmental culture within the department.
• Identify and highlight any opportunities that make sustainable improvements to increase quality, performance in support of the overall shift plan.
  
  Hygiene experience would be advantageous, however full training will be provided.
• A good standard of education; demonstrates good literacy and numerical skills, able to understand, communicate and report clearly in English.
• Attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
