IAM Developer (h / f)

Remote in UK - occasional visits to the office (ad hoc basis), As an IAM Developer, your core responsibility will be to manage and develop solutions on the One Identity platform, ensuring optimal configuration and performance. Additional responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to customize One Identity according to organizational needs and industry standards.
• Maintaining and optimizing the configurations of One Identity for seamless operational performance.
• Interacting with stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshooting IAM-related issues effectively and efficiently.
• Enhancing IAM processes and security measures.
  
  Proven track record of One Identity development, systems analysis, and implementation work.
• Experience working with users, senior management, and stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and assignments, reprioritizing as necessary.
• Hands-on experience in developing and customizing solutions within the One Identity platform.
• Strong background in configuring and maintaining One Identity to meet organizational requirements.
• Experience in IAM implementation, lifecycle management, and security best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
