- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth and brand positioning.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Operations teams to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and target audiences.
- Manage the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and pride in the business.
- React proactively to change, adapting strategies as needed.
