Full Job Description
Scoop, prepare, and serve ice cream, sundaes, and milkshakes with attention to presentation and guest preferences.
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience, assisting customers with flavour choices and answering questions about menu items.
- Keep the counter, service areas, and seating area clean and organised, ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient service and a positive, fun atmosphere for our guests.
Previous experience working in Fast Food, Retail or QSR, if not we will provide the training and support required.
- Team player with good communication skills and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Strong guest service skills and a positive, friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
