Full Job Description

Are you passionate about administration processes? Do you thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment?, As an IFR Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the IFR Management Team and wider IFR Team to deliver a robust service, contributing to the development and implementation of effective systems and processes to support service delivery.

You will support the effective and timely delivery and administration of a robust integrated case management system for IFR and Prior Approval requests. Supporting the effective end to end process for individual cases as appropriate.

You will ensure processes are followed consistently and in line with agreed policies and procedures.

You willensure the confidentiality and security of patient identifiable and sensitive data is maintained in accordance withthe Data Protection Regulations.

You will support the mitigation of risks, including that of legal challenge, by ensuring that each funding request is accurately and timely recorded, tracked, monitored and considered; using relevant, up-to date and agreed clinical, commissioning and administrative policies and procedures; and in accordance with ICB contractual arrangements.

You will be an effective and confident communicator.
