Full Job Description

The Inbound Hire and Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing all inbound sales enquiries and ensuring effective follow-up to maximise conversion rates. This individual will act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, webforms and other channels coordinating responses and nurturing through the sales pipeline. Additionally, they will support the Sales Manager by handling administrative tasks and ensuring CRM data accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:

Inbound Hire and Sales Enquiries Management.

Follow-Up Coordination.

CRM and Data Management.

Customer Relationship Building.

Collaboration and Support.

Process Improvement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanour.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

High attention to detail, particularly in data entry and CRM management.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.

Resilience and determination to follow through on leads and close opportunities.

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., Prior experience in a hire and sales, customer service, or coordination role is essential.

Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous.

Basic understanding / experience of the construction, scaffolding, or related industries is a plus but not essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools., Must have a valid driving license

Monday to Friday

Normal hours of work 08:30 -16:30., Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structure.
