Are you a finance professional with a passion for accuracy and a knack for leading a team? We have an exciting opportunity for an Income Team Leader to join our dynamic finance team in Peterborough!

As our Income Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of income for all our revenue streams. You'll oversee income recognition for the entire Inspire Education Group, managing everything from transaction processing to debt collection and student loan reconciliation. This is a chance to make a tangible difference to our financial operations and contribute to the success of the group.
What You'll Do:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all income transactions.
Oversee income recognition for the Inspire Education Group.
Manage debt collection processes.
Reconcile, collect, and activate student loan receipts.
Lead and motivate your team to achieve targets.
Minimum Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject.
Proven experience in a finance department, specifically with sales ledger and payment management.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information to colleagues at all levels.
A proactive and results-oriented approach.
