Full Job Description

This is an exciting role working within our Income Team focusing on our new customers. As a Income and Welfare Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring our new customers have the best start to their time with Plus Dane by creating sustainable tenancies. You will be working with Universal Credit and Housing Benefit as well as creating payment plans with our new customers.

As a Income and Welfare Assistant you will be instrumental in ensuring that Plus Dane meets its strategic goal, to provide a range of products and services that its customers want and can afford resulting in higher retention rates, lower customer debt and higher advocacy levels

As Income and Welfare Assistant you will be expected to work to daily deadlines in a fast paced environment.

You should have excellent communication skills, be target driven, organised, and enjoy working with our internal and external customers.

You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer hybrid working and you will be working a 7-hour day between Monday - Friday.
