Inflammatory Bowel Disease Nurse Specialist

You will work within a friendly and supportive team providing expert professional advice and clinical leadership in the development and delivery of a service for patients referred with inflammatory bowel disease. You will work collaboratively with patients, the public and professional staff aiming to promote health, prevent disease and encourage independence wherever possible. This post will also provide you with the opportunity to be innovative and forward thinking in the future development of our IBD service. Our IBD patient's value highly having access to specialist nurses, who can provide continuity of care and will take a holistic approach to their well-being.
