Full Job Description

As an Informatics Support Officer, you will work closely with the PACS Manager, Clerical Manager, and Clinical Systems Manager to deliver exceptional informatics services. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supporting the clerical team across the Trust.
+ Managing and analysing diagnostic imaging data.
+ Overseeing day-to-day administration within the department.
+ Performing basic statistical analyses and generating reports.
+ Producing regular feedback reports for staff and local healthcare providers as directed by the Diagnostic Imaging leadership team.
In addition, you will be required to deputise for other team members during their absence and contribute to maintaining high standards within the department., + Be Part of a Dynamic Team: Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment supporting critical healthcare services.

+ Responsible for clerical annual leave requests.
+ Deputise for the Clerical Manager.
+ Carry out MPAs on clerical team members.
+ Plan, organise and prioritise a broad range of complex activities including their own and other staff members.
+ Problem solve and trouble shoot within an unpredictable environment to ensure continuity of service.
