Full Job Description

The Integrated Support Navigator will work with entrenched rough sleepers throughout the borough, offering targeted support to alleviate their homelessness and address entrenched behaviours. Additionally, they will provide pre-prevention support to prevent individuals from experiencing rough sleeping. The support will be person-centred, ensuring that clients are connected with all necessary services.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of diverse cultures and complex needs to effectively support and advocate for clients from various backgrounds. You will need strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as being able to think critically to address clients needs as they arise. You will be required to manage multiple cases simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.

This post will be fixed term for 2 years.

Immediately responsible to - Rough Sleepers Co-ordinator

Location - Town Hall, Bury or any other base within the Borough as required

Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work outside of normal working hours; including, early mornings, evenings and weekends.
