We're excited to offer a brand-new opportunity for a creative and proactive Internal Communication Manager to help shape how we connect and engage with our people. Using your outstanding communication skills and knack for storytelling, you'll inspire employees at every level, ensuring they feel informed, valued, and aligned with our company's vision and culture. With your organisational flair and curiosity, you'll uncover the updates and stories that matter, turning them into clear, engaging messages. Working across HR, Marketing, and Senior Leadership, you'll manage internal communication campaigns, from strategy updates to employee recognition programmes, always keeping things fresh and on-brand. Your digital savvy experience with tools like SharePoint and MS Teams will help you maximise the impact of our communication channels. And, by collaborating with the External Communications Manager, you'll ensure our messaging is seamless and aligned both inside and out.,

  • Develop and deliver clear, creative internal communications aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the content strategy for our intranet, including updates, newsletters, and employee stories.
  • Partner with leaders to communicate key initiatives, including strategy updates and town halls.
  • Drive engagement through innovative campaigns, events, and employee recognition programmes.
  • Collaborate with HR on diversity and inclusion communications.

    You are a skilled communicator with experience in internal communications, PR, or a related field. You thrive in a fast-paced
  • environment and have a proactive, collaborative approach. Essential Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisational skills.
  • Experience with intranet platforms, email tools, and digital communication channels.
  • Business acumen and curiosity to uncover the stories that engage employees.
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with international or group business environments.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Adobe or Canva is a plus.
