As an Inside Sales Representative reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will engage with customers, quote, and secure orders for labour and materials from a queue of service technician leads.
How you will do it
Conduct introductory calls to customers to identify their needs, generate quotes, and close sales.
Utilize appropriate pricing tools to produce accurate quotes for customers.
Engage effectively with suppliers to support sales initiatives.
Deliver outstanding customer service by managing expectations and providing regular updates.
Make follow-up calls to secure orders within designated time frames.
Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
What we look for
Required
Proficiency in computer applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel; training will be provided for internal systems.

Experience in customer support or sales.
Outstanding sales skills over the phone.
Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing individual workload.
Highly organized and self-motivated to contribute to the overall team goal.
Ability to work towards targets and meet set KPIs.
Preferred
Product knowledge in the fire suppression, HVAC, or fire & security business.
