Full Job Description
As an Internal Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to respond to customer queries and handle incoming sales enquiries, ensuring that accurate and timely quotations are provided. You'll be working closely with the Sales Manager and internal team to scope projects, manage customer expectations, and follow up on quotes to convert them into successful sales.,
- Understand customer needs and scope potential projects for accurate quotations.
- Respond to incoming sales enquiries and handle customer queries effectively.
- Produce and send quotations via the ERP system.
- Follow up on quotations within agreed timescales, adjusting or closing sales as necessary.
- Keep CRM system up to date with customer details and sales progress.
