Full Job Description

  • Assist the Founding Partners and the Investor Relations Manager to identify potential investors through multiple sources such as geographic benchmarks and conferences assessments
  • Assist new investors in their due diligence process and participating in the preparation of fundraising documents including marketing materials and DDQs
  • Support with the preparation of DN Capital's annual general meetings, as well as any firm's event
  • Update DN's website and social media channels
  • Assist the Finance team with the preparation of the quarterly reporting

    Previous relevant professional/ internship experience (6 months - 2 years) in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, High Growth Startup, Consulting
  • Analytical, energetic and pragmatic person with a can-do attitude
  • Organized and collaborative
  • Great written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages preferable
