Description and Requirements
As WW ISO Program Manager you can be based in Europe. You will work with WW senior leaders and Geo stakeholders across Lenovo to define and execute on our transformative strategic programs consistently and with high quality. Some areas of focus for this role are Organizational design, Roles and Responsibilities, Coverage Models, Process & Tools, Blueprint affordability, bringing efficiency, harmonisation and standardisation across the Sales organisations.
The ideal candidate earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks strategically and analytically about business challenges, and brings a combination of sales and non-sales experience (operations, finance or other program / project management skills), in-and-outside Lenovo.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and manage programs & initiatives for effective execution of the WW Sales Transformation strategy
- Drive organizational change with relevant governance to ensure geo leadership teams are making progress, hitting key milestones, and communicating with clarity and transparency
- Collaborate with teams and organizations at Geo and WW levels in a matrixed environment
- Manage regular communications with internal company stakeholders including senior executives across all Geos & Business Groups in Lenovo organization
- Manage regular Reporting for project reviews and follow ups with senior leadership and project stakeholders.
- Identify risks to project execution and effectively manage those risks; proactively raise prioritization and scheduling tradeoff decisions and escalating and identifying alternate options as appropriate.
Your Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor's / MBA degree or equivalent experience is required; 5+ years of sales / business development experience (in B2B, Channel, or eCommerce) combined with non-sales experience (in Program management, Operations, or Finance)
- Global / Multi-National Experience in matrix environment
- Information Technology experience is an advantage
- Project/Program Management skills are a plus
- An experience in Asia-Pacific or Latin America is a plus
- Ability to lead the discussion based on trusted relationships and work collaboratively across organizations in a complex matrix environment
