The Office of the School of Arts and Humanities are recruiting an IT Analyst to underpin the continued expansion of the School-wide Information Services team. Under the guidance of the team's IT Developer, the IT Analyst will build and support IT systems across the School, including platforms for student data, several bespoke websites, and infrastructure to enable efficient delivery of local IT services.

The successful candidate will be someone with a passion for problem-solving, who is comfortable working across Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems, and who is able to achieve a consistently high level of customer service by providing responsive, practical and friendly technical support. This new role will complement the infrastructure arm of the team, working across the School but particularly in Modern & Medieval Languages and Linguistics, Classics, Architecture & History of Art, and the Institute for Technology and Humanity (ITH).
