Nissan Formula E Team has been competing in motorsport and the FIA Formula E World Championship for many years and is looking for an IT infrastructure lead to contribute to the teams development.
Position
We are seeking a motivated IT infrastructure lead to join our team dedicated to supporting our IT systems and infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our technological environment by providing effective support and solutions to internal users.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage Windows operating systems (AD, DNS, DHCP).
- Manage, administer, and optimize Microsoft 365 platforms (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
- Deploy and manage infrastructure in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
- Manage cloud services (authentication, backups, etc.).
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure or application issues and provide support to users.
- Ensure data and system security by applying best practices in IT security.
- Participate in the definition and implementation of IT security policies.
- Document technical interventions and keep the knowledge base up to date.
- In a competitive environment, you will need to stay updated on technology trends and propose improvements and innovative solutions.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an IT Technician with a specialization in infrastructure and Microsoft solutions.
- Proven expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.
- Good knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN).
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Good communication skills and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- English fluent
We are looking for a full-time person for our office located in Viry-Châtillon, France.
