We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading the development and delivery of IT products and services within the UK&I. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional value to users., As a Product Manager, you will lead the strategic development of innovative technology solutions that align with business needs and enhance service delivery.,

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and mobilisation needs.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and mobilisation teams, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring customer and business needs are met effectively.
• Collaborate with development teams and technology SMEs to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor product performance and drive enhancements based on user feedback and business goals.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues that may impact product delivery, developing contingency plans as needed.
  
  Experience in Product Management, preferably in technology-enabled services or ITsolutions is desirable.
• Familiarity of agile methodologies and experience working in Agile or hybrid development environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, or similar platforms) is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in the Facility Management Industry with an understanding of ISS services is welcome but not essential.
