Full Job Description
As Programme Manager you will monitor progress and deliver regular reports to the Senior Management Team. You will need prior experience of programme/project budget management and tracking. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 This role could be based from one of our Midlands sites with travel between sites are needed. (Rugby, Lutterworth, Corby, Banbury or Milton Keynes.) Key Duties of Programme Manager:
- Oversee the successful delivery of large and complex IT, business, and stakeholder sensitive programmes.
- Oversee resource allocation, highlight challenges and identify solutions.
- Reshape, reconfigure and realign solutions to meet challenging deadlines, without jeopardising the successful delivery of the programme.
- Demonstrable experience in a Senior/Lead capacity, providing mentoring and expertise to Project Managers.
- Define and embed project management methodology and practices.
