We have some fantastic opportunities for the right people to support Children's Services, Retail and our other business lines in providing IT equipment, support, advice and guidance. This role will also support the organisation in providing Barnardo's staff with current IT and telephony equipment and mobilising services over the whole of Barnardos. At Barnardo's we believe in children and support the most vulnerable children and young people in the UK. As an IT Supply Technician, you now have a chance to play your part in this vital work. You will be working within the Operating Technology team as an IT Supply Technician. Your main responsibilities will be to process requests for IT Equipment, mobile phones and software. dealing with fault calls for hardware issues, warranty replacements and mobile devices. You will deal with external suppliers as well as internal staff, including ordering equipment and stock control. IT Supply are a small team with a busy workload but are an invaluable part of the Barnardos structure. As an IT Supply Technician, you'll enable hundreds of people to do their job every day by providing and supporting IT Equipment to over 8000 staff. We have an ever-evolving IT Structure within Barnardos, which as an IT Supply Technician you will be part of.

The salary range for this role is £27,050.00 - £30,039.00 (Full Time Equivalent), the max salary of £34,686.00 is shown so that applicants are aware of the progression salary., Workplace Offer: What it means for you The world of work has changed.
