Coaching others in Agile best practices and how to remove impediments - Enabling teams to deliver business objectives - Generate and share reports on team performance, objectives and forecasts - Manage external product dependencies - Mentor and support other scrum masters

Familiar with Agile Project Management in a Scrum Master capacity that has been applied to a technical environment and cross functional teams - Familiar with Agile frameworks such as SCRUM, Kanban, SAFE along with agile planning tools such as Jira and confluence. - Understanding of Software Development processes and continuous delivery - Experience in mentoring, coaching and leading others - Ability to communicate with individuals from both technical and non-technical backgrounds and present content in a meaningful, clear and concise way
