Full Job Description

OH service delivery to the business, including the management of external OH suppliers - Ensure that all members of the OH team understand their role and can deliver and proactively manage the team accordingly - Design and manage the governance of the OH team including complaint investigations and resolution, SEQHOS accreditation and the other associated activities. - Assist with budget and resource planning - Provide high level support to the nursing team including advice on the management of specific cases that do not need a face-to-face consultation. - Provide support to safety and wellbeing colleagues on clinical issues and support.

A wealth of experience within Occupational Health service delivery experience - Good working knowledge of UK equality laws such as Equality Act - Good working knowledge of UK employment law - Experience of Occupational Health Management - Experience of managing large scale budgets
