Ensure completion of competitor and comparator Attribute benchmarking. Including, physical/ virtual testing, measurement and visual assessments on all architectures and programmes - Support the attribute and feature owners to ensure all technical issues are identified and resolved - Assess test and development activities to ensure Attribute sign-off and efficient delivery - Track total Attribute AIMS /Issues / Impediment status and ensure all open issues are being progressed - Identify process improvements and methods development required for Attribute development

Previous experience of problem-solving tools e.g. Root Cause Analysis, 8 Disciplines of problem solving - Design of Experiments and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) in Manufacturing - Requirements management experience - Knowledge of lighting systems or other complex commodities and impact on the customer experience
