Provide line management and technical leadership for the Inverter Hardware Group. - Identify and lead advanced engineering projects in line with JLR's power electronics strategy. - Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers, universities, and research institutions. - Lead the deployment of JLR's hardware engineering, CAE, testing, and validation processes for inverter projects. - Drive team planning, mentoring, and resourcing, ensuring all functional and safety requirements are met.

Proven track record in delivering complex inverter hardware projects in a mass production environment. - Extensive expertise in analog, digital, and power electronics, with a focus on high-voltage IGBTs and SiC MOSFETs. - Proficient in schematic capture and PCBA design, preferably using Altium. - Strong knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and design for PCB, EMC, and reliability. - Experienced in hardware circuit analysis (DFMEA, FMEDA) and failure mode avoidance techniques.
