Full Job Description

Monitoring the Kronos inbox, resolving queries, raising of cases and change requests for all Kronos related requests/issues and maintaining Remedy tickets Providing updates to Workforce Operations team on new configurations, being involved with new functionality testing and managing sign off new releases Investigating and resolving queries including employee data displayed Running clock synchronisation jobs, maintaining clock groups per site ensuring 'lock downs' and producing WFC reports Supporting the Payroll and Systems SME on all new release/patch testing

Experience of working in a payroll department Experienced in project delivery and management Knowledge of payroll and time and attendance systems Excellent organisation, communication, customer service and stakeholder skills Ability to work well under pressure and as a team player
