As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, analyse financial data, and support the implementation of process improvements. You will play a key role in understanding and addressing business challenges by gathering data, producing reports, and documenting requirements for new projects., + Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
+ Analyse data and current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
+ Support the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
+ Create detailed requirements documentation and process mapping.
+ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business goals.

+ 6-24 months of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) working in the Finance sector.
+ A Finance-related degree or solid commercial experience within the Finance industry.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
