This position requires someone who knows what makes a video go viral, who lives and breathes social media, and who wants to bring their creative A-game to our team! You'll be at the heart of our content strategy, shaping the video schedule for one of our Facebook pages. We're talking about - spotting that perfect viral clip, making sure the edit looks slick and on-brand, and getting the packaging just right so it POPS on people's feeds. (Bonus points if you know how to keep the audience engaged in the comments section too! ) If you're all about creating content that grabs attention, keeps people hooked, and that makes the internet stop scrolling - this one's for you! What the opportunity looks like

• Supporting the day-to-day tasks that go into creating a strong schedule of video content for Facebook, such as recognising viral content, ensuring the edit is in line with the brand, and picking the best packaging that grabs the audience's attention.
• Work closely with the wider video team to ensure output and revenue targets are hit for your brand.
• Monitoring insights using social media analysis tools, reviewing and reporting on content effectiveness to maximise our results.
• Always adhering to brand guidelines when posting content, ensuring all content is reflective of the iconic tone of voice of LADbible Group.
  
  If you've run your own TikTok, your work or uni's Instagram or Facebook page, or even managed a community group, we want to hear from you!
• You know all the socials (Facebook, Insta, Tiktok) inside out - always on top of the latest trends!
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple taste and always meeting deadlines.
