We're looking for a Junior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Commercial Finance Team. This role offers a fantastic pathway into the world of finance, with hands-on experience and support to gain professional qualifications, such as CIMA.
Let's take a closer look at role responsibilities:

Dive into Data: Help analyse business performance by identifying key trends and insights to help improve outcomes.
Support Forecasting: Assist in preparing accurate forecasts that guide budgeting and planning.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our Business Leaders and other management across our business to understand the drivers behind monthly performance.
Learn Business Case Development: Support the creation of cases for key decisions, such as pricing strategies and capital investments.
Assist in Reporting: Collaborate with the FP&A and Management Accounts teams to prepare monthly performance reports for senior management.

Must haves we're looking for in experience for this role

Are you a motivated and curious individual looking to kickstart your career in finance? Do you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and gaining insights into what drives business performance? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!, Degree preferred but not essential (Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field).
Some experience with data analysis or finance (e.g., from post-qualification experience internships, part-time roles, or academic projects).
A strong desire to pursue a career in finance and work towards professional qualifications, such as CIMA.
Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting tasks.
Intermediate Excel experience with an understanding of PivotTables, CountIFs, VlookUps etc.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible in their approach and happy to work in a hybrid model of 3 office days, 2 from home in our Maidenhead, Head Office.
