For this role, the stages of the recruitment process are:
1. First stage virtual interview with Head of Brand/Design Manager
2. Second Stage interview in-person with Talent Attraction Manager, along with a short design task. More details will be shared should you be invited for an interview.

+ In this role, you will create visually appealing designs for a range of marketing materials including, but not limited to print and digital assets, social content, web banners, info graphics and presentations
+ You will manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst ensuring deadlines are met without comprise to design or brand quality
+ You will assist in the development and maintenance of brand assets, templates and brand guidelines
+ In the role, you will collaborate with cross-functional international teams (including Sales, Marketing, Digital and Hotel teams) to understand project requirements. Develop ideas and concepts into effective designs
+ You will prepare artwork for print with the ability to follow design specifications, and liaise with external suppliers and printers ensuring levels of quality and consistency are maintained
+ You will ensure all design work is created to the highest standards which adhere to the Dorchester Collection and hotels brand guidelines

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Junior Graphic Designer, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for the Collection.

+ You have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in-house
+ You'll have previous experience in both digital and print design, and are proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
+ Meticulous attention to detail
+ You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
+ You are able to manage time and projects effectively, meeting deadlines
+ You are confident to challenge briefs and problem solve
+ A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field, or an equivalent degree or experience
Preferred Skills
+ A good working knowledge of After Effects and Figma would be advantageous
