Full Job Description

As a Junior Product Specialist, you are a core member of the Application Management Team but also work closely with the EPR programme team, in the role of in-house Junior expert on the epr system's capabilities and constraints.

This includes being aware of some technical detail of system configuration abilities, new release functionality and advising colleagues of the optimal way to technically achieve clinically based requirements and you will also support the develop this functionality within the trusts EPR systems. This is required to achieve successful change management within Lancashire & South Cumbrias clinical services and to improve service uptake and usage of the trusts EPR systems.

Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across this area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care.

The Trust also provides a range of physical health and well-being services in the community alongside a range of partners in the Lancashire, Cumbria and Sefton area.
