Full Job Description
The role of the band 6 Junior Sister/Charge Nurse is to support, contribute to and assist the Senior Sister in the leadership and the management of the Ward/ unit team and to support the Senior Sister in the development, monitoring and implementation of high quality, evidence-based clinical care to ensure continuity of service provision and standards are maintained and improved.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience at band 5.
With excellent communication skills, team working skills and some experience in leading a team to join our busy ward.
