Develop individualized action plans to address participants needs and facilitate their progression into sustainable opportunities.Work closely with employers, training providers, and other stakeholders to create employment and training opportunities.
Market participants to potential employers and facilitate job search activities, including CV development, interview preparation, and job applications.
Provide one-to-one support, mentoring, and guidance to encourage participant motivation and confidence.

Experience in employment support, education, training, or a related field.
Proven ability to work with individuals facing complex barriers to employment.
Strong networking and employer engagement skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in delivering job search support, including CV writing and interview coaching.
Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
