Full Job Description
The role of a Kitchen Porter is to work under the back of house manager/supervisor to deliver the daily cleaning requirements of the back of house operation to the standards set out in the Clubs health and safety policy.,
- To maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Prepare the working areas to high standards prior to service
- Work closely with the Back of House Manager to deliver daily cleaning requirements.
Previously worked in a kitchen environment - Well organised
- Basic food hygiene
- The ability to learn new skills
- Team player
