Kitchen Porter

We have an exciting opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join the team at Harry's Bar , an exclusive private members' club, part of The Birley Clubs . Harry's Bar is a private members' restaurant and bar with an air of classic Italian elegance, famed for both the beauty of its décor and the quality of is food. The Northern Italian menu has delighted members for 30 years, its impeccably sourced ingredients from Alba truffles to beautifully cured Prosciutto di Parma matched only by the care and skill given to their preparation. As Kitchen Porter you will maintain a clean and tidy pot wash area and ensure that you comply with COSSH and food hygiene regulations. You will understand the importance of ensuring all equipment within the kitchen is cleaned and maintained to the standards required and cleaning schedules are adhered to at all times.

• Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Have previous experience working within a fast paced kitchen as a Kitchen Porter
• Effectively communicate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service
• Have high standards and take pride in their work
