Full Job Description
Are you passionate about Learning & Development and looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic team? We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Development co-ordinator to provide high-level administrative support and coordinate all areas of training. We are looking for a learning and development coordinator, to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.,
- Oversee administration on the Learning Management platform.
- Assist in the design of E-Learning modules.
- Coordinate internal and external training, including designing and delivering training where required.
- Run training events and CPD seminars, preparing courses and associated materials (visual aids, handouts, workbooks).
- Liaise with Professional Bodies and Training Providers.
- Complete Training Needs Analysis from individual annual appraisals and deliver appropriate outcomes.
- Book courses and examinations with Professional Bodies and external training providers.
- Ensure CPD is maintained and relevant for all members, including monthly spot checks and reports.
- Maintain MI reporting to the business and ExCo.
- Ensure processes and controls are adhered to daily and keep department procedures and process flows up to date.
- Edit and format L&D guides.
- Perform general ad-hoc duties as required.
Proven experience in Learning & Development. - Working knowledge of financial/professional services preferred.
- Experience with various HR Training systems.
- Working towards or interested in completing CIPD L&D qualifications. Skills & Attributes:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, intranet sites, and web-based packages.
- Methodical and organised approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Articulate and diplomatic at all times.
- Business-focused approach with a focus on cost efficiencies.
- Resilient and calm under pressure.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
