Full Job Description

p As a key member of the Central L&D Team, the Learning Partner will drive the delivery of key business strategies by designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programmes and projects across various departments and environments within Integral. /p p The Learning Partner is responsible for addressing the learning needs of colleagues across Integral using a blend of methodologies including virtual learning, face to face learning, coaching and innovative learning technologies. /p p Key Responsibilities: /p p 1. Conduct learning needs analyses within assigned business units to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Develop professional, collaborative relationships with business unit leaders and HR Business Partners. /p p 2. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive training solutions and components, leveraging existing JLL content and resources while collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders. /p p 3. Facilitate high-impact,
interactive learning solutions, preparing plans according to adult learning theory and employing a variety of delivery methods. /p p 4. Provide detailed reporting on learning initiatives to business areas and L&D management, demonstrating impact and ROI. /p p 5. Champion the use of the Learning Management System, educating employees on its features and benefits. /p p 6. Communicate effectively and proactively with subject matter experts, business partners, and all stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives. /p p 7. Manage learning project resources (people and materials) to ensure deliverables are completed within scope, on schedule, and within budget. /p p 8. Maintain current business knowledge; stay abreast of market events, product enhancements, and emerging techniques to inform potential training topics. /p p 9. Take responsibility for ongoing professional development, researching learning industry standards and best practices, and
embracing new learning technologies. /p p 10. Oversee the logistics of training programmes, including venue management, attendance tracking, material preparation, and resource allocation. /p p 11. Maintain comprehensive records for all learning programmes, including evaluations, employee participation, and LMS data. /p p 12. Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Integrals products and services, promoting best practices and innovative learning approaches. /p p 13. Work in partnership with the management team to create and develop a wide range of learning content, including e-learning modules, user guides, training presentations, and facilitator guides. /p p 14. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programmes and measure their impact on business outcomes, providing recommendations for continuous improvement. /p p 15. Support the development of a learning culture within Integral, promoting continuous learning and development at all levels. /p p 16. Any
other reasonable requests that support the wider Integral business as agreed by the WD EMEA Integral Learning Lead, Head of Work Dynamics L&D for EMEA and HR Director. /p
