Lawyer Opportunities across Strategic Childcare, People, Planning & Property and Regulatory and Litigation teams

Following a restructure and investment to expand the team we have the following Full time Lawyer positions with a salary up to £51,802 P/Annum within our small but mighty legal team., We are looking for an experienced Lawyer in children's public law proceedings. You will play a crucial role in supporting Children Services in the provision of strategic development of their access to legal support.

People

A unique post to transform the approach to continuing health care arrangements and support Adult Social care with the transition alongside providing high-quality legal advice and support on a wide range of matters with a diverse caseload, primarily relating to Adult Social care.

Property

A role that provides comprehensive legal advice and support on property law issues, including advising on land acquisitions, disposals and leases. Handling property transactions and associated legal documentation, advising on rights of way, easements, and covenants.

Regulatory & Litigation (or Principal 0.8FTE)

An opportunity to join a team who advise on both local and national cases to prosecute regulatory, fraud offences and appeals to including Court and Tribunal advocacy. Alongside advising on licensing matters, supporting elected members at committee meetings.
