Full Job Description

To support the Project Managers with all administrative duties and to ensure all works are compliant with respect to Project Delivery

Your New Role

Accurately process information
Ensure deadlines are met
Participate in attaining and maintaining company certification systems
Suggest corrective actions to any non-compliance
Client interfaces - receive projects via Alfresco and raise Ipsum job on database
Liaise with Project Manager(s) to issue for quoting and oversee the PO process
Assist the Project Managers in preparing quotations
Sub contact liaison and potential raising of purchase orders
Preparation, production, and quality checking of work packs
Commercial support to the Project Managers and the Commercial department
Performance monitoring of the work programme to ensure efficient delivery of the plans.
Reporting of process management data
Supporting with customer interactions - Carding preparations, letters, etc…
Ensure deadlines are met
Management and Oversight of Scrap
MoCS (Broad Measure of Customer Service as per the OFGEM requirements
PO process and maintenance, EGS contract requirements

Experience of Streetworks noticing and hiring of plant, preferred but not essential.
Secondary education minimum GCSE'S or equivalent in Maths and English.
Previous administrative experience is preferable
