Full Job Description
This newly created role sits within the new Business Support division within the newly created Corporate & Support Services Directorate. Reporting to the ICT Manager you will take a lead role across security and infrastructure and support playing a key role in the newly expanded ICT Team which will help drive digital to drive the transformation of Council processes through the use of ICT.
You will oversee the IT Helpdesk and line manage the CSS Level 5 - (ICT Helpdesk).
