  • Deliver high-quality Geography lessons that engage and challenge students.
  • Lead curriculum development and share best practices to improve teaching across the department.
  • Use data and innovative approaches to improve student outcomes in Geography.
  • Provide leadership and support to colleagues, helping them to grow in their teaching practice.
  • Work with the senior leadership team to lead on aspects of whole school improvement with the Teaching & Learning Team.
